The Voices of Exile Festival was created by Ryan Hugh Ross in partnership with the
Rediscovered Beauty : Suppressed Composers™ Organisation
and
Southwest Minnesota State University
The festival took place during the week of October 24th, 2016
and included:
- Vocal Masterclasses for students
- A lecture by Ryan Hugh Ross titled
A Legacy in Exile: The Life and Works of Julius Burger
- A Chamber concert including a World Premiere of Julius Burger's
Vier Heitere Lieder
- A panel discussion with distinguished guest-
